Frequently Asked Questions
Will you pose us?
Yes. I do guide you through portraits and things you aren't familiar with. I will give you prompts and "poses" to create beautiful images. However, the majority of my coverage is documentary-style. This means that during many moments I will be capturing what is ACTUALLY happening without interference. It is super important for you to remember this on your wedding day. I don't "create" moments, I document them.
How many images will I receive?
Every wedding day is different, so final delivery varies.
I deliver on average 75 images per hour of shooting. However, I do not have an exact limit on how many images I deliver. I will always deliver all of the images that I feel best tell the story of your wedding day, without holding back or charging for extra photos.
What is point and shoot 35mm film?
It's the type of film camera I use! Point and shoot is automatic, there's no need to change exposure settings, it gives more of a nostalgic vibe. It's the type of camera our parents would bring around to take pictures when we were kids! It's more of a fun way to capture some nostalgic photos of your wedding, it's not going to be the primary camera I use. If you add on film, you will get film photos from select moments throughout each part of the day, like a mini film gallery!
The film photos get developed & scanned, uploaded to your regular gallery, where you have the option to purchase prints.
Do you help find locations for engagement shoots and vendors for weddings?
Yes! I offer guidance throughout the whole process. From recommending the best spots on Long Island & NYC for engagement shoots, to providing a list of the top wedding vendors Iβve worked with - Iβm here for you!
