As a NYC engagement photographer, Boucherie will always be a favorite spot of mine. They have many locations making it convenient for sessions in different parts of the city! All of the locations offer a stunning background to photograph in and the staff have always been welcoming. For T+A’s engagement shoot, we met at Boucherie for a quick drink before walking to Central Park.

After Boucherie, we walked to Central Park and made a couple stops: a flower stand, a cute stoop, and headed to Bethesda Terrace! Bethesda Terrace always offers a timeless and iconic backdrop for a classic NYC engagement shoot.

Documentary-style engagement photos in Central Park capture the quiet, unscripted moments that make your relationship unique. Central Park’s mix of iconic landmarks and tucked away corners creates an environment where beautiful poses naturally come to you, feeling unforced and comfortable. Walking through the park, sitting on a bench, admiring the flowers, etc.

Central Park’s cherry blossoms in spring unfold like a soft, fleeting poem: branches heavy with pale pink and white blooms, petals drifting down in slow, luminous snow. The Reservoir and the pathways around the Mall become quiet stages for couples, families, and solitary wanderers to pause and breathe. Light filters through the blossoms, creating warm, diffused tones perfect for intimate portraits and candid moments.
